What Causes Tightness And Pain At Anal Opening Despite Taking Azithral?

Hi, I have a tight anal for past fifteen days..I am drinking 3l water every day... Salad about 200 gm...i am taking sitz bath of warm water and applying anovate for last one week...but still i feel pain and itching in area...i used two packs of lacti fibre but and those days stool was soft but after than anal region was tight...i have a small skin tag at the entrance of rectum area and i had blood from it three times in last fifteen days... I know things will worse cos now i hv my periods coming.I hv taken antibiotic for three days azithral thinking it might be infection but not much improvement

As per your complain the symptoms of pain and itching in the anal region along with skin tag and bleeding can be due to formation of anal fissure..
Skin tag although is harmless but can entrap moisture, become infected and cause pain..
You should consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and he can also advise investigations like Anoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy to rule out the exact cause of problems and treatment accordingly..
He can advise you to continue doing Sitz bath and apply anovate that is a Steroid..
You can also be advised to apply creams containing Calcium channel blockers like Diltizem that will dilate blood vessels in the area, improve blood flow and accelerate healing..
You can be advised to limit intake of spicy food and drink plenty of water..
You can be advised to take stool softener like Docusate and fibre supplements like Psyllium..
In Case of no resolution surgery can be advised..
