What Causes Tightness And Discomfort In The Scrotum?

while having sex with my girlfriend about four weeks ago my left testicle went up into my groin without me realizing it. i was able to push it back down but my scrotum and testicles have not been the same since. there is mild discomfort and my scrotum tends to either be incredibly loose or very tight. Should I be very concerned?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history suggest the possible cause of defect in the inguinal canal which needs to be repaired.
2.If you are mu patient i would have examine and check for presence of any hernia or feel the inguinal canal.
3.An ultrasound examination will be a good tool to identify the defect and inguinal canal with cough reflex, chord and testicular parenchyma and blood supply to testis is assessed.
4.Its not safe to uplifting and remaining in the inguinal canal which will cause fertility problems.
5.Suggest to get the required investigations and treatment, possibly operative closure might be needed, visit surgeon . Good luck.
