What Causes Tight Sensation In The Chest And Neck?

This is second night in a row where I have had tightness in my chest and neck that is preventing me from sleeping. I am fine all day long but by evening when I am at rest, I start getting these symptoms. Not sure if I should see ER help or just wait for further symptoms

takeecg take antacid like omiprazol and take bland diet avoid fast food or oily food. take fresh fruits and vegetable. exclude diabetes and hypertention.waitfor development of other signs and symptoms
