Hi I m sandeep My Penis upper skin movement sometimes become tight particularly in summer bcz of over heat and when movement becomes tight sometimes upper skin cuts happen .. may i know the reason. bcz i keep it very clean and clean with soap everyday twice. plz give me medicine

Tightness of the Foreskin is suggestive of Partial Phimosis and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General surgeon .
Please consult Surgeon .If diagnosis of Partial Phimosis is confirmed you may need to get circumcised .
