What Causes Tickling Sensation In The Heart With Pacemaker?

I had a dual pacemaker put in April 25, 2014. I feel it ticking at times and then it will stop if I move in a different position. I wonder if it is suppose to do that. I go back to my doctor in July to have it checked. I wonder if I should go sooner or is that the way the pacemaker s will do?
