What Causes Tickling Sensation In Lower Back While Sleeping?

I ve recently just started experiencing a odd feeling in the lower right area of my back while sleeping. It only happens while I sleep, when I turn over or move it feels like someone grabs the right side of my lower back. It s not painful, it has a tickling sensation to it, but it is very uncomfortable. After I wake up I ll have some mild aching pain in that area.

Hello
Welcom here.
The feeling of numbness and tickling over your back in your description can be due to nerve compression. This is also leading to pain.
I would advice you to visit an orthopaedic surgeon. If required, an xray of lumbar spine or an MRI will help to find out the cause.
You can also visit a physiotherapist for back-strengthening exercises.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
