What Causes Thrush And Blood In Stools?

Hi. I am a 20. I started antibiotics 2 weeks ago, for 5 days, for an ear infection. After taking them I developed thrush, but treated that with probiotics. Just after I noticed the thrush, I also noticed that it was sore to poo (stingy) and that there was bright red blood on the loo paper when wiping. I am not constipated. Can you help?
