What Causes Throbbing/tingling/numb Sensation In Left Arm When Having Raised Vein?

I have had what I thought was a varicose vein in my left upper leg by my butt. The throbbing pain has been getting worse.Today I noticed a tingling and numbing sensation in my left arm. after just looking i have what looks like a raised vein in my lower part of my arm as well

So far as tingling and numbness concerned it`s neuropathy related not due to raised veins, but what you are thinking raised vein may be a ganglion or like thing compressing nerve roots or else not associated with your symptoms.
* You have to consult with neurophysician for clinical evaluation and
management of the same.
