What Causes Throbbing Pain In Penis During Urination?

Hello, I have throbbing veins at the top of my penis. This happens when urinate and after urinating. I have tried masturbating to get any infection out and it just gets even more sore. When I get an erection I also feel a strong itch in the penis. Do you know what this could be?

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that Masturbation thorws your sperms out and not your UTI infection. Thus, I would suggest that you should get your Urine Routine & Microscopy done to establish a diagnosis and you might need antibiotic course further to eradicate the infection.
