I just recently started having a really bad throbbing pain in my lower back and when any kind of pressure is applied to either of my wrists my whole arm to my shoulder goes numb. I really appreciate your concern, it may not be due to any illness but it can be some insignificant type of pain and it can be well managed with some NSAID but it is better to control your thought, try to come out of the stress hope this information helps.
