What Causes Throbbing Headaches In Mornings?

Hi Guys, I have been getting chronic headaches at around 10am every morning for the past 5-6 days. I have been taking Panadol however it only dulls the pain, and takes time to properly kick in. It is a throbbing in my frontal lobe, as if my brain is pressing against my forehead. Any advice/diagnosis would be very helpful. Thankyou very much, George
