What Causes Throat Pain With Red Bumps On The Back Of The Tongue?
Hi, I'm 18 and I started to notice my throat hurting which started probably 3 days ago. Last night I noticed red bumps on the back of my tounge. I searched around the internet at some people say its strep. But I disagree because I feel perfectly fine.

It seems from the history that you are having red lesions over tongue with throat pain.
Since you are not having fever and other systemic symptoms it is unlikely to be infection.
These can be benign lesions like aphthous ulcers. The treatment is by use of antiseptic and analgesic mouth gels.
