What Causes Throat Pain, Laryngitis With Mouth Ulcers?

greetings!! i am bhavya, 24 yrs old, having extensive throat pain , even i can not speak, was also suffering with mouth ulcers , went to see doctors in shantimukund they gave me Zocef anti boitic along with becosule with some gragle mout wash, till now mu mout ulcer has gone but i am still suffering with extensive throat pain, i am unable speak even .

Thanks for the query..

As per your complain there seems to be persisting throat infection leading to pain and difficulty in swallowing..

It can be either bacterial or viral in nature while at times it can be either viral infection with a secondary bacterial infection..

You can continue taking antibiotics advised to you, do warm saline gargles and gargle with mouthwash..
To relieve pain you can also take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen for relieving pain..
You should take soft diet and avoid spicy and hard foods..
Sip on luke warm water throughout the day..
