Hello,
I just read your query. As your daughter had have habit of eating dishwasher bar and this contains a number of chemical ingredients like ammonium laureal sulphate, sodium chloride, various dyes and fragrances etc.
*The symptoms you have mentioned here like pain in stomach and throat infection are due to ingestion of bar, however the severity of symptoms or type of symptoms may vary according to the quantity ingested.
*For throat infection give your daughter steam two to three times a day. If she is able to do gargles, you can guide her to do gargles two to three times a day with lukewarm water and some salt added to it. Avoid cold and sour edible things. If she has accompanied fever or other symptoms then she requires local examination by doctor.
* For excessive saliva secretions give her plenty of liquids.
* As far as stomach ache is concerned it may be due to acidity or due to cramps or may have some other reason which can only be ruled out with the help of clinical examination.
* For acidity you can give her tab. junior lanzol(15mg) one tablet once a day(Empty stomach). For cramp pain you can use hot water bottle as it will provide her local relief.
* Give her liquid and semi solid diet.
* But I still advice you to visit a nearby pediatrician, so that if there is some other matter of concern, he can rule it out with the help of clinical examination and if some investigations is required he can tell you.
* I hope my answer will be helpful for you.
Thank you.
