Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are quite normal after a head concussion. These symptoms usually improve in a couple of weeks, but sometimes they may last for months, leading to need for medication.
Anyway, I would recommend having some rest and avoiding straining physical activity. If your complaints persist, I would recommend planning a brain MRI study. if the situation worsens, I would recommend going to the ER for a brain CT scan.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
