Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi dear,
thin gray layer inside mouth is secondary to excessive smoking. excessive smoking leads to fibrosis of buccal mucosa and then after difficulty in opening of mouth. so s early as possible to quit smoking and start gargles and according to advise by dentist.
quitting of smoking helps a lot.
also consult ENT specialist. and psychiatrist if you are not able to quit smoking by your self.
Thank you.
