What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge Post Unprotected Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex 1-2 days before my expected ovulation but that same night I found a thick clear/white discharge in my underwear. now I am 2 days late from my expected period ( going by a 32days cycle) and im experiencing very slight cramping increased urination and a clear watery discharge accompanied by a slight vaginal itch. I am nervous about doing a test as I don t want to get my hopes up too much. I am just wondering how long should I wait to do a test? and is it likely to be a positive or are these signs of something else?

The symptoms you had mentioned are mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection. For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can also use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into your vagina once daily at night. Maintain local hygiene of genital area either by regular washing with soap water or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application.
