What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge And Frequent Urination After Taking Postinor?

After taking postinor which was produced 2012 and will expire on 2017 on 19june, I started having creamy vaginal discharge, later i on 23 I started having severe lower abdominal pain, fever, frequency of urination with reduced output, later on 24 my menses started still with the pain with unpleasant smell. Am through with the menstruation now, but am having little blood discharge with vulva irritation and rashes

I really appreciate your concern, it must be vaginitis and in my opinion it can be well managed with Povidone vaginal suppository and for the pain Tab Dicyclomine tab can be tried some time it may be due to hormone medicine taken, else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
