What Causes The Swelling In The Leg With Visibility Of Blue Veins?
my friend is hiv+ and is on avrs and tb treat ment for a month now her cd 4 count was 42 on the onset of the treatment.the problem is she is swollen on the right leg and you can actually see her veins and she says it is a bit painful.what could be done to help her

consult your treating doctor or if you are in India consult the medical officer of ART(ante retroviral therapy) centre who is trained to treat the HIV and its related complications.
swelling of right leg should be examined and she will be put on appropriate drugs to make her relieved.
