20/6.0/ and medical history I guess nothing serious...the only thing I ever had was acid reflux...but what i wanted to ask is this : Idk what really question to ask I dont know whats wrong with me...Sometimes I can be laying down and I can feel a tremor or it feels like a small earthquake but I guess its me shaking a little my hands always shake Idk why maybe its the nerves and everytime I get in a situation where i have too confront someone or a stranger my heart beaats really quick and it feels like its going 100mph...and I get sad all the time and its horrible and I hate feeling this way I dont know what to do I cant see a doctor bc I could barely talk too one for me texting or emailing is easier for me
