What Causes The Sensation Of Food Stuck In The Throat While Swallowing?

I am having problems with the sensation of food being stuck in my throat at times when I swallow. Just had my gallbladder took out but this is still reoccurring. Trying to eat real soft foods such as mashed potatoes. Have a lot of belching and gas...if I eat something greasy I hurt really bad

In the people who have undergone cholecystectomy its better to avoid fatty food...difficulty to swallow might be because of other causes eg tonsils,consult ENT specialist once to rule out the same
