What Causes The Presence Of Pus Cells In Semen?

Hi, i was told by a urologist that the presence of pus cells in semen will affect conception, and even if conceived, there are high chances of miscarriage because of this. Could you please let me know if this true? i have around 3 pus cells in the report.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
According to my practice, pus cell up to 5/hpf is normal in the semen.
So 3 pus cell will not affect the conception and it does not cause miscarriage.
I would suggest to go for full semen analysis and upload the result in premium service of the HCM for better review.

High pus cell is associated with infection in the male genital tract/urinary tract.
It cause decreased sperm count and motility.
It affect the conception.
Avoid stress, take heath diet and do regular exercise.
