What Causes The Pain In The Lower Abdomen And In The Rectum?

For the last 4weeks I been having pain In my lower abdominal and in my rectum. It s been so painfully were I can t set, stand, are even lay down. I went to the er but they said I have a std. The test came back and it says I m clear from a std. What do you think it is?

I can understand this, at this stage it would be better to treat the symptoms and if this fails to responds then clinical examination and some further investigation may be needed and the best option for the symptomatic medicine is "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" three times in day, "Tab Clidinium" one tab three times in day, you have not mentioned your age and gender otherwise I would advise you even better than this, hope this information helps you have nice day.
