What Causes The Lab Test Results To Be TPHA Reactive?

hi i am anne and i done my medical check up,and the lab shows that i am TPHA reactive,i ont have any sexual contarct im still virgin,with no sore or any signs and symptoms how come i am reactive with TPHA?what are the following reason that cause false reactive TPHA result?by the way im also a med.tech in profession.thank you so much.

You must be go for another opinion from different diagnostic center to cross check the reports. after that only it will confirm what was the actual thing.
this infection can also be transmitted in utero, and rarely by blood transfusion or non-sexual contact
The most widely used classical screening tests for syphilis in blood banks are the Venereal Disease Research Laboratory (VDRL) and the rapid plasma reagin (RPS) tests, two reaginic assays. Since non-venereal treponematoses produce a serological response similar to that of syphilis
