HI,Dear,Welcome with your query to HCM.
Based on the facts of your query,You need to rule out any mediastinal SOL or any other lump ,causing the changes in the pressure dynamics of the abdominal and thorasic compartments, after the Gym starting.
Your worry needs to be investigated as its worrying you, though without any symptoms at this stage.
Chest X-ray/CT scan of the Abodmen and Chest would fix your worry.
Hope this reply would help you.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Will appreciate writing your feedback review comments,to help the needy patients like you at HCM.

Good Day!!
