Hi welcome to health care magic...

Flesh coloured lesion in ear canal should always be investigated further with otorhinolaryngologist...

The causes can be many like.....
-polyp
-glomus tumour
-hair follicle bacterial infection etc.....

If you post photo than further comment can be given...

Depending on the cause further treatment guided....

If polyp present can be removed surgically...

So according to my opinion consult otorhinolaryngologist for ear examination .....

Meanwhile you consult doctor, brufen can be taken....

Take care
