What Causes The Feeling Of Something Stuck In The Nose And Breathing Difficulty?

I had an upper GI endoscopy this morning. Now the inside of my nostril feels like there is a booger or something in the top of the nose, but I know there is nothing really there. It is very uncomfortable when berating in and out through my nose, and my nose will not stop running. This stated while I was still in the recovery room. During the procedure, I was given Versed and Demerol, and I had oxygen through my nose. What might the problem be? What can I do about it? Please help - I am not sure I will be able to go back in to work like this.
