What Causes The Feeling Of Cold Air Inhalation In Throat And Lungs?

For the past week or so, I have continuously felt like I m breathing very cold air. (It s gotten very cold in CT for the past 2 days, but was above freezing when this started). I get this sensation deep in my throat and in my lungs. In the past two days, I ve also lost my appetite. I have not had a cold, sinus issues or a cough in recent weeks, but did about five weeks ago. Not certain what s going on, but it s getting uncomfortable. I d appreciate suggestions on how to alleviate the coldness in my lungs.

Hello dear Greetings
Sorry regarding your symptoms of cold sensations in your throat and in the lungs with associated cough and nasal congestion I am suggesting that you have are gradually developing a pneumonia with upper respiratory tract infection
In view of this please do a chest x-ray and see your physician with the result for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Meanwhile please stay away from cold area and wear double clothing
I hope this helps
