What Causes Testicular Pain?

Is there any aide effects of masturbating on testicular system like testes ,epididymis anything that relate to testicles? I m having a pain in my right testicle for 3 days and I don t know whether it is because of masturbating or anything else which I don t know.i did see a doctor abd he checked and said no lumps so you are fine and prescribed me paracetamol and told me to drink a water a lot. My pain is still the same.I masturbate once a day and I m tring to stop it now .I ve been doing this from 3 years.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in masturbation since many years and now getting pain in testicle ..
First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scientifically that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body.All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety.

The pain that you have could be due to mild infection of spermatic cord Funicullitis .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Though it is harmless, excessive and frequent habitual masturbation does affect quality of erection and delays ejaculation.Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.
