What Causes Testicular Pain With History Of Testicular Torsion?

My son had surgery 16 years ago to fix testicular torsion. They did both testicles, today while urinating he had a severe pain in his right testicle. He said it lasted 10 minutes and felt like the same pain experienced 16 years ago. Is it possible to have it again?

this may be due to adhesions, operation once again may give relief for short duration. If you consult any ayurvedic physician then it would be very useful
