What Causes Testicle Pain?

I was on my laptop for about 2 hours and then I got up and went to change clothes and suddenly my 2 tesicles started to hurt a little. And still are. When I sit down it hurts a tiny tiny bit but then when I walk it hurts a little more and if I go touch it or move it, it hurts. Could you help? And also could it be that I havent eaten carrots in a long time and now I did? Help?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have a history of pain in testicles while walking, sitting, touching. You had used laptop for 2 hours.
It may not be related either to laptop or not eating carrots.
The probable causes are.:
Epididymitis
Orchitis
Due to Urinary tract problems.
Mild torsion
Varicocele , now enlarged due to heat of laptop.

I would advise you the following:
Investigations: Blood and urine- routine and culture - sensitivity.
Color doppler and ultrasonography of the scrotum and abdomen for prostate and urinary system.
Consult an Urologist or a General surgeon.
A course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines as per the clinical finding and investigations reports.
You may need surgery if you have varicocele
