What Causes Testicle Pain And Scrotum Hanging Lower?

Hi, im 19.i have been suffering from this since 5 months i have red,loose skin slight heat scrotum i have no inner testicle problems i undergone ultrasound which shows normal study i have tender testicles im getting pain in my right testicle my scrotum is slightly hanging lower than previous years iam very fear about this condition please help me

Your fears are understood as you are very young and only 19 years old.
Since the ultrasonography have shown normal testes and other structures, nothing much to worry. The pain in the right testicle can be due to sensory nerve problem, like pinched nerve or a hernia and so on.
Scrotum can hang due to the hot and humid atmosphere.
The redness and loose skin of the scrotum are due to the same problems.
Clean the area with cold tap water 2 to 4 times a day and keep the area dry and well ventilated.
