What Causes Testicle Pain And Difficulty In Ejaculation?

hello im a 16 year old male and im having a problem with my left testicle
2 weeks ago it used to hurt when i used to touch the thread like tube which was connected to my left testicle.... since this problem i have found it harder to ejaculate and also my sex drive is very low near 0. :( please help.

1.It seems for me as an infection / inflammation in the testis or epididimitis.
2.Dont worry about your sex drive , will be normal once the infection clears off.
3.I would send you for a ultrasound scrotum scan to identify the cause, and start the treatment.
4.Suggest to to get an appoint meant and let doctor examine and do needful things.
5.A course of antibiotics what you need i think.
