What Causes Testicle And Groin Area Numbness?
hi doc I m gonna get straight to it almost now about eight years ago, I had a hematoma or something like that where like underneath and behind my upper left inner thigh almost near my left scrotom area is. And like nowadays I notice under my left testicle and just on that side alone its all numb, what do you think it could be doc?

Thanks for a proper history.
The nerve gets entrapped so much that it stops the the conduction of the signals from this area to the spine and the brain.
This is not a very serious matter.
On a safer side get an opinion of a Neurologist and an MRI of the Spine as this can be a beginning of a serious disc problem.
If normal the tension is relieved, if found anything positive , a definite treatment can be taken .
