What Causes Tenderness Under The Head Of The Penis?

I have some tenderness under the head of my penis n some abrasions occurred.. Then I got 2 little pimples that went away in a day.. Just scared I have herpes.. This occurred after receiving oral.. N not washing afterwards .. Then madterbsted the nx day n those 2 zits appeared but seem to b going away .. There is no breaking of the skin n no pain I noticed the marks on my penis the following day n haven t touched it since its now been 4 days

I have gone through your query. Herpes is usually associated with burning sensation or pain. If you don't have such symptoms it can be most likely due to fungal infection. In such case using anti fungal creams like miconazole or terbinafine ( lamisil ) will be helpful.
