What Causes Tenderness Around Belly Button?
I have bad copd. I have had a cold for a week, with a bad cough. That part has gotten better but I ve had a lot of pain across my stomach especially when I cough. Now my belly button is very tender and the skin around it is hard. I figure I pulled some stomach muscles. Will it go away on its own?

Regarding your experience with pain at the bottom of your belly from previous chonic cough I will suggest this is due to an intra abdominal pressure that is transferred to your lower abdomen
