What Causes Tenderness And Soreness Below The Ribs?

All that I remeber doing this past week was shoveling snow 2 days straight , for the past about 4 days I have had a pain in my left side more to the middle like right under my rib and it feels tender and like a small bump and it only hurts when I touch it and I have no others symptoms don t know what it can be

Hi,
From history it seems that due to doing hard work for shoveling snow might have given strain and spasm of back and inter-costal muscles giving this problem.
Take NSAID medicine with muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
Apply analgesic cream locally.
This will give you relief from pain.
