What Causes Temple Headache And Shaky Voice?

I had temple headaches for 4 days now and earlier the right side of my face started to tingle then it moved down my right arm and then my body started to shake uncontrollably. It will shake then stop and shake again. When I try to talk my voice is shaky. When I get upset my body shakes even more
