What Causes Temperature, Tiredness, Muscle Pain, Headaches And Weakness?

I have been tired. muscle pain, headaches, and feel weak, and also have trouble thinking as if iam in a fog. I have gained 9 lbs in 2 weeks and all labs including ths t3 and t4 are normal.. I have noticed when i get this way which has been often the past 2 months that my temp is 96,2 and at times 95.9... on good days my temp seems to be 97.8-98 .... I work as a fire medic and right now I have not been able to do my job..

Chronic fatigue could stem from different reasons, other than chronic stress, please refer to an internist with your symptoms ask for cortisol level check up, plus an ESR level which would rule out rheumatic problems which usually cause symptoms like the ones you have.
