What Causes Tearing In Eyes?

Good day doc..i would like to ask why my eyes still teary until now its almost 1week i have sore eyes,its not red and itchy just like cloudy and blurred and teary?why is it doc?is it normal after having sore eyes?please help me..Thank you and Godbless...

after any eye ailment there is watering eyes for a few days.This is nothing serious. Use some lubricating tear substitute for 1-2 weeks, it will be alright. One anti histaminic tab a day may also be used along with for a wk or so.
Do not touch the eyes by unclean hands. rather use a clean white handkerchief always. Do not sprinkle excess of water in the eyes.
