As per your complain white pustules on tonsils with earache and pain even seems to be probably due to a severe case of bacterial throat infection known as Strep Throat.. White pustules are pus pockets that further confirms towards bacterial infection.. Pain in ears can be a radiating pain from infected throat, rather it can also be due to ear infection, secondary to throat infection as the ear and throat are connected via Eustachian tube.. For confirmation consult an Otolaryngologist or an ENT expert and get evaluated.. He can do investigations like Throat swab culture can help in diagnosis.. You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin OR Azithromycin to resolve the infection, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen can be taken to relive pain,doing warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room can be very much relieving, you can also suck throat lozenges to soothe the throat, gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, gargle with antiseptic solution like few drops of betadine in water, chew Vitamin C pellets to boost up the immunity, avoid spicy and chilled foods..
