What Causes Swollen Tongue And Lymph Nodes Under The Chin?
My tongue and lymph nodes under my chin have been swollen for 6 weeks. I was on one course of biaxin for 11 days without results. I am now on day 6 of apo- cefuroxime and have noticed no real difference. Mt tongue has teeth imprints on the sides this is very uncomfortable.

Lymph nodes normally enlarge in response to infection or inflammation in the area.
They are also sometimes enlarge due to more serious causes as well. You may want to consider having a complete blood count done to check for signs/symptoms of infection or more serious changes.
