What Causes Swollen Testicles?

About 3 days ago my left testicle became swollen after moving some things from under a house. It was super tender and pain to the touch. It went away the next morning and now almost 3-4 days later, my left testicle is very swollen again? Is there any reason why this is happening?

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here, I could say that this could be orchitis and in my opinion this need to be treated with anti-inflammatory drug and the best option is Tab Ibuprofen 400mg three times in day, take care and have a nice day.
