What Causes Swollen Testicle?
I have a mild pain in my right testicle,2 years back it got swollen, have done ultra sound two times but result was as told is bit liquid inside it. at touching feels like little clot like at the bottm side of it. But now its almost 2 years that i am suffering from this mild pain. pls suggest.

1.The symptoms and history suggest recurrent inflammatory changes.
2.The possible cause of swelling of the scrotum could be due to inflammatory changes in the testis, and collection with in the scrotal sac.
3.In this case you need to get an ultrasound examination done. That will assess the testicular parenchyma,vascularity, presence of any lumps,chord condition and vascularity,free fluids.
4.In case of inflammatory condition a course of antibiotics with symptomatic treatment will be given.
5.Sugget to get an appointment and get examined, investigated, treated accordingly.
