What Causes Swollen Red Itchy Bumps?

I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis which gave me a heart attack emphysema for the last two days I have this feeling in my upper chest and arm likethey are being squeezed and I keep getting these red bumps that itch and burn and they swell big im already in pain everyday

Well come to HCM
this kind of mixing symptoms you have described here and these are not related with each other neither anything to take with the condition of sarcoidosis, if this was really cardiac disease due to this then you might have been taken care accordingly for other symptoms nothing much can be done unless it is being proved something on clinical examination else no need to worry about this, take care, have a nice day.
