Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain purple ring around anus along with a red lump and severe pain on bowel evacuation and walking along with passing of blood in stools seems to be most probably due to External Hemorrhoids or Piles..
Hemorrhoids are inflamed and swollen veins that are formed when there is continuous irritation of the veins present in the rectum area and inflammation can lead to pain and bleeding during bowel evacuation..
It is commonly seen in conditions like chronic constipation or diarrhea, vaginal child birth, diabetes, obesity etc..
You should consult an Ano-rectal surgeon and get evaluated..
Application of steroid and numbing ointment..
-Sitz bath that is sitting in warm water tub especially after bowels....
-High fibre diet along with laxatives like Polyethylene glycol and stool softeners like Docusate to maintain proper bowels..
-Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water..
Do cool compresses..
You should also do sitz bath that is sitting in warm water tub especially after bowels..
You can do cool compresses..
Avoid spicy foods as it can increase irritation and pain..
Drink plenty of water..

In case if still there is no relief consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and anoscopy can be done..
You can be advised surgical procedures like Rubber band ligation, sclerotherapy or Hemorrhoidectomy that is surgical removal of the hemorrhoids..

Hope this information helps..
