What Causes Swollen Posterior Cervical Nodes?

I have two swollen posterior cervical nodes on the left and one very slightly swollen on the right. ENT, D.O., Gastro and Internist have all told me not to worry but I continue to worry. Also cervical stenosis at c3-c7. Any correlation? No sweats, cough, etc. Chronic sinus inflammation but CBC and ESR, Lymes, etc. all normal. What could it be?

Nasal endoscopy to examine and rule out nasopharyngeal growth plus fine needle aspiration cytology of lymph node is important to confirm diagnosis.
Thanks
