ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You have lymph nodes swollen in the neck.
For the multiple nodes enlarged you should get them examined and get done a fine needle aspiration cytology done which is a type of biopsy in which the inside tissue of the nodes are examined.
By this test the diagnosis can be made and further management planned.
There could be infection in the nodes. or may be because of some other systemic disease.
Chronic fatigue weakness points towards some infection like tuberculosis as first diagnosis.
In doubt do reply.
