Hi
Swollen lymph nodes are always seen in cases of infections when immune cells found in particular areas react to the infection .In some people, even without infection, lymph nodes are still palpable in some areas but they are always of very small sizes and not painful. This is the case of people with low weight and in children. You are not likely suffering from an infection. If infection, it will swell and be painful.
Thanks
