Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Swollen lymph nodes can occur with MMR vaccine but they usually occur after 8-14 days and persists only for a week , they are unlikely to be caused within 2 days of vaccination and persisting for more than 2 weeks . If anyway it is related to vaccination , immunodeficiency needs to be ruled out, or any other reason for lymphadenopathy ,if any needs to be find out.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Take care.
